It was interesting to learn how the wrong responses to the
symptoms of a panic attack only made things worse. I mean, you will

One of the things I immediately noticed with Panic Away
was that I didn't have to "guess" as to what was being taught. You
don't have to try and fill in the gaps so to speak and hope you do
